Please Book Well in Advance!

It is recommended that you place your wedding stationery invitations at least 6 to 8 months before the wedding date, but we will endeavor to accommodate your order no matter how quickly you need it. Just call us to check availability. I do recommend you order them as soon as you are ready and send them out two to three months before the wedding date, to allow time for people to reply.

Terms & Conditions

The copyright of all designs remains with Edinburgh Wedding Stationery.

Our logo and contact details will appear on the back of all stationery. Prices quoted with each design include printed RSVP's and envelopes. Order of Service includes one printed insert. If you require more than one page i.e. for a full nuptial mass then additional costs shall be incurred - please ask Edinburgh Wedding Stationery about these charges.

Consultations & Payment

Consultations are conducted at the discretion of Edinburgh Wedding Stationery and Client. This is either by the way of a Video call, Face to Face meeting or a Telephone conversation. At this time as much information will be gathered as possible. Consultations are free, if you require a design or sample created there will be a one-off design fee of £20, if an order of stationery is placed at time of consultation this is not payable (a 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable under these circumstances). It will be payable if the client wishes to have a sample designed for them up to a maximum of 2. The £20 design fee is deductible from the final balance if the client contacts Edinburgh Wedding Stationery to go ahead with an order. All balances must be paid for in full 4-6 weeks before delivery. If the consultation is completed via telephone or email, production of samples will not begin until the £20 fee has been paid, or in the case of a full order being made, 50% non-refundable deposit being paid to Edinburgh Wedding Stationary. An invoice will be sent to your email account with payment options. All stationery designed will not be used for marketing until after the wedding.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your order (excluding delivery) is required at the time of ordering. The final balance must be paid in full within 4-6 weeks of delivery


‘Edinburgh Wedding Stationery’ cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems, readings or other material used in your wedding stationery. This is solely the client’s responsibility. Please ensure that you have permission to use the material and in particular you indemnify ‘Edinburgh Wedding Stationery’ against any action brought against it for breach of a third party’s copyright.

Slight Similarity

As all of our stationery is hand-made, there will inevitably be some difference in similarity but this will not affect the quality of the product. Edinburgh Wedding Stationery reserves the right to amend designs as necessary to take account of changes in the supply of materials.

Tell us

Edinburgh Wedding Stationery requires adequate notice to fulfil your order – please allow at least 3 months unless otherwise agreed.

Proofreading is the responsibility of the client. The client must sign the approval form and return to Edinburgh Wedding Stationery before final production can resume. Edinburgh Wedding Stationery cannot be held responsible for errors not notified at the proofreading stage.

The client will be liable for all costs incurred which exceed the 50% deposit, in the event of cancellation by the client. Edinburgh Wedding Stationery retains the right to cancel at any time. In the event of cancellation by Edinburgh Wedding Stationery, any deposit received will be refunded in full.

Carriage is charged at £10.00 per delivery, therefore if order is split (i.e. invitations then order of service etc later) then charges for each delivery shall be incurred. Delivery is via courier or by ‘Edinburgh Wedding Stationery’personally on a next-day basis and requires a signature upon receipt. ‘Edinburgh Wedding Stationery’ will contact you once full payment has been received and cleared to arrange a suitable day and address for delivery.
