Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, however during busier periods this may be up to 10 days and are sent by one of the following delivery methods:
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via one of the following methods which you can choose at the checkout. The below prices are from Royal Mail.
- Royal Mail 48 Signed For - £3.95 - (2-4 business days after dispatch)
- Royal Mail 24 Signed For -£4.58 - (1-3 business days after dispatch)
- Express Delivery - Ready to ship within 1-3 working days £8.75

Please be aware due to 'exceptional volumes of post' there are widespread delays in the post. We continue to ship orders in a timely manner but cannot guarantee nor be held liable for delays in the post. No refunds will be given for delays and therefore the customer will need to claim through Royal Mail. We have changed shipping on all Christmas items to 1st class from 2nd and added special delivery as a shipping option.
